With nearly 20 years of industry experience in maritime, engineering, and asset management, Vikas Gupta brings a dynamic mix of technical depth, strategic vision, and leadership capability to the table. Recently completing the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) course, Vikas combines governance insight with a proven track record of delivering high-value outcomes across both the commercial shipping sector and the Government/Defence domain.
Recognised as an exceptional engineer/manager and problem solver, Vikas excels at customising solutions, driving innovation, and leading teams with agility and foresight. His versatile expertise spans vessel maintenance management, managing major refits, project management, asset management, obsolescence management, and through-life asset sustainment, positioning him as a trusted partner for complex maritime projects.
A Chief Engineer Unlimited (MCA UK)(AMSA-recognised) and a MAICD member, Vikas demonstrates not only technical mastery but also a strong commitment to governance, risk management, and organisational performance.
